Expungement

If there is one thing about life you cannot change, it’s your past. While you may not be able to alter your past, you don’t have to allow it to burden your future. Often blemishes from long ago, for which you have more than paid your dues, block your present and future ability to get loans, jobs, promotions, rent, vote or do any number of things. Even when they do not actively hinder your choices, they serve as embarrassments and constant reminders of a period of your life you would love to forget. Let me help you wipe the slate clean.

By expunging your record of a past crime, all records are sealed and the court will give you a written notice that says you may now act as though it never occurred and never have to inform anyone about it again. All record of this crime is sealed and gone. If you are eligible to have your record expunged, we can work together to help you get a new lease on life. Let’s get started today!
