Eligibility:
You may be eligible to have a specific crime erased from your record if:
- You have no other pending charges.
- This arrest or conviction was at least three years ago.
- You have had no arrests or convictions other than the one you are seeking to expunge in the last 10 years.
- Your crime did not stem from the Traffic Code.
- Your crime was not a sex offense, a conviction for which requires you to register as a sex offender.
- Your conviction was not for an A or B level Felony, unless that A or B Felony was for possession or delivery of marijuana
- Your conviction is for Criminal Mistreatment I or Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and the court did not label it ‘child abuse.’
- You fully complied with the sentence of the court.
